This project is rooted in a respect for traditional Mallorcan architecture, updated through a contemporary language. Local and natural materials such as stucco, wood, and ceramic tiles have been used to achieve a harmonious integration with the surroundings.
The proportions, simple volumes, and soft tones aim for a discreet presence in the landscape. The construction combines modern techniques with references to the island’s rural architecture, prioritizing durability, comfort, and efficiency.
