New construction of a single-family house between party walls in the urban environment of Campos.

In this project we have integrated the kitchen, dining room and living room into a single open space, which creates a feeling of spaciousness and favours coexistence between the inhabitants of the house.

The wooden joist ceiling adds a rustic and cosy touch, which, together with the stone masonry wall, enhances the traditional Mallorcan construction.

The patio that runs through the first and second floors not only brings in natural light, but also enriches the living space with the presence of interior vegetation. The open-plan spaces without partitions and the large sliding doors allow for flexibility of use according to the needs and demands of the inhabitants. One can enjoy the connection with nature and the inflow of light and fresh air, while having the option of dividing specific spaces for different activities, such as working, resting or training.
